Dwight "Ike" Anunciado
Clinical Director/Owner


As the founder of 360 Physical Therapy, it has been Ike’s purpose in life to provide healing care to those who have been injured and are in pain. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy & Physiology and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University. He earned his Certification as a Jones Strain Counterstrain Practitioner in 2013. Since graduating from physical therapy school in 1992, Ike has worked consistently to expand his knowledge and expertise. Ike’s most recent experiences include:

  • Being one of the first 60 Jones Strain Counterstrain Certified Practitioners worldwide.
  • Completed Residency Training in the following Fascial Counterstrain Systems: Arterial, Lymphatic / Venous, Visceral Systems.
  • Completed Jones Institute Counterstrain training For the Nervous System 1 Upper Body & Cranium.
  • Extensive training in electrotherapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and shortwave diathermy.



These experiences along with his experience with tissue healing has made him an expert in treating pain and dysfunction based on the stages of tissue healing to facilitate faster recovery rates. Ike services have been sought after by various world class professional athletes ranging from professional runners to CrossFit Games Athletes.

Ike interests include CrossFit, volleyball, paintball, tennis, hiking, backpacking and camping. He also enjoys running in all forms running (track, trail, and road).

Above it all, his heart is most filled by spending time with God & his lovely daughters: Elena & Ally!

Jeremy Dunham
Operations Manager


Jeremy is our Operations Manager. As Operations Manager Jeremy handles all the day to day operations and works to make our clinic and staff more efficient. Graduate of the local Skyview High School Jeremy went to Tacoma Community College on a baseball scholarship. Unfortunately a torn rotator cuff cut his dream short, bringing him back home, and into 360 Physical Therapy for treatment. After treatment Jeremy began working here at 360 and quickly grew into his role. In his spare time you can find Jeremy staying active with all the great northwest has to offer. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing, working out at the gym, playing basketball, and hiking.

Lisa Shaffer
Billing Office Manager


Lisa is our Billing Office Manager. She brings 20+ years of billing experience to 360 Physical Therapy. Lisa graduated from Reynolds High School and attended Concord Career Institute to learn Medical Office Management. She is a proud mother to daughter Brooklyne, son Brandon, and grandmother to Brooklyne’s Daughter Addison. Brandon is currently serving for the US Navy in San Diego. He is recently married and expecting his first daughter in April 2013. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing, and working out. She loves when the weather is nice so she can get outside to hike, barbeque, and go camping.

Krista Ernsdorf, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist


Krista is a graduate of Loma Linda University, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She brings many extra skills including NAIOMT level 2 certified, Strain Counter Strain Spine, Extremities, and lymphatic systems, TMD, Shoulder Girdle Course, and Chi Running/Walking. She also has all the tools and knowledge to do a proper bike fit her at 360 Physical Therapy. Krista got married in September 2012, and spent her honeymoon in New Zealand for 3 weeks, with husband Ben. Weekends and spare time you can find Krista playing with her two dogs, on the mountain snowboarding or snowshoeing, and enjoys getting out on the water to wakeboard in the summer.

Christina Kujat, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist


Christina received her bachelor's degree in Life Science from the University of Portland and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. Through her training she found a passion in Women's Health therapy, and went on to receive her Women's Health certification through Herman and Wallace Institute Level 1 and Level 2. She is also an NAIOMT Level 2 certified manual therapist, Chi Running/Walking, Kinesio Taping, and always pursuing more levels of Strain Counter Strain continuing education. Christina enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, sister, nieces, and nephew that all live local, with the occasional visit from her parents that still live in Billings Montana. In her spare time Christina loves being active playing basketball, volleyball, running, cross fit, yoga, hiking, and snowboarding.

JoAnne Charmichael, PTA
Associate Physical Therapist


JoAnne graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with a degree in Applied Science. She became a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2010 and went on to take courses in Strain Counter Strain. She is pursuing more levels of Facial Counter Strain. JoAnne was born and raised in South Louisiana, coming to the NW in 2006. She immediately fell in love with the NW and all it has to offer. She married her husband Chris in 2011, and they love to hike and travel together. JoAnne likes to stay active doing Crossfit, hikes, and yoga.

Anita Charlson, PTA
Associate Physical Therapist


Anita is a graduate of Lake Area Technical Institute in South Dakota where she got her degree in Applied Science. After becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant she went on to study Strain Counter Strain. Anita was born and raised in Wyoming where her family still resides. When she’s not treating Anita loves to be outdoors. She loves to go hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends. When she’s not outdoors you can find her inside reading a good book, or in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe.

Tanner Olinger
Rehab Aide


Tanner is one of our rehab aides working to get into Physical Therapy school. He earned his bachelor’s of science in kinesiology, with a concentration on pre-physical therapy. Tanner is the eldest of three siblings with one brother and one sister, both of whom are attending University of Montana. Tanner played college soccer in California and is giving back to the sport he loves by coaching youth soccer here in Vancouver. When he’s not working or studying you can find Tanner outside fishing, hunting, hiking, or playing soccer.

Eric Moore
Rehab Aide


Eric is one of our rehab aides that is looking to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Eric earned his associates degree in arts, and applied science. He then went on to get his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. He also has personal training certifications in NSCA-CPT and NSCA-CSCS. Eric loves to work out, and especially enjoys power lifting and Olympic weight lifting. He even competes in high level competitions all over the NW. When he’s not working or lifting, Eric likes to read a good book, and brew up some tasty black coffee.
