Dwight "Ike" Anunciado
Clinical Director/Owner

As the founder of 360 Physical Therapy, it has been Ike’s purpose in life to provide healing care to those who have been injured and are in pain. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy & Physiology and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University. He earned his Certification as a Jones Strain Counterstrain Practitioner in 2013. Since graduating from physical therapy school in 1992, Ike has worked consistently to expand his knowledge and expertise. Ike’s most recent experiences include:

  • Being one of the first 60 Jones Strain Counterstrain Certified Practitioners worldwide.
  • Completed Residency Training in the following Fascial Counterstrain Systems: Arterial, Lymphatic / Venous, Visceral Systems.
  • Completed Jones Institute Counterstrain training For the Nervous System 1 Upper Body & Cranium.
  • Extensive training in electrotherapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and shortwave diathermy.

These experiences along with his experience with tissue healing has made him an expert in treating pain and dysfunction based on the stages of tissue healing to facilitate faster recovery rates. Ike services have been sought after by various world class professional athletes ranging from professional runners to CrossFit Games Athletes.

Ike interests include CrossFit, volleyball, paintball, tennis, hiking, backpacking and camping. He also enjoys running in all forms running (track, trail, and road).

Above it all, his heart is most filled by spending time with God & his lovely daughters: Elena & Ally!

Jeremy Dunham
Operations Manager

Jeremy is our Operations Manager. As Operations Manager Jeremy handles all the day to day operations and works to make our clinic and staff more efficient. Graduate of the local Skyview High School Jeremy went to Tacoma Community College on a baseball scholarship. Unfortunately a torn rotator cuff cut his dream short, bringing him back home, and into 360 Physical Therapy for treatment. After treatment Jeremy began working here at 360 and quickly grew into his role. In his spare time you can find Jeremy staying active with all the great northwest has to offer. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing, working out at the gym, playing basketball, and hiking.

Krista Ernsdorf, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist

Krista is a graduate of Loma Linda University, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She brings many extra skills including NAIOMT level 2 certified, Strain Counter Strain Spine, Extremities, and lymphatic systems, TMD, Shoulder Girdle Course, and Chi Running/Walking. She also has all the tools and knowledge to do a proper bike fit her at 360 Physical Therapy. Krista got married in September 2012, and spent her honeymoon in New Zealand for 3 weeks, with husband Ben. Weekends and spare time you can find Krista playing with her two dogs, on the mountain snowboarding or snowshoeing, and enjoys getting out on the water to wakeboard in the summer.

Jonathan Kirkwood, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist

After completing his undergraduate work at Walla Walla University and participating in missions overseas as a high school teacher, Dr. Jonathan Kirkwood continued to pursue his passion for physical therapy by moving to Southern California and graduating with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. He was privileged to learn and work with some of the nation's best clinicians in San Antonio, TX prior to relocating back to the Pacific Northwest to raise his growing family. He is currently advancing his career through Evidence in Motion's Manual Therapy Certificate/Pre-Fellowship program, providing the necessary steps toward becoming a board certified orthopaedic specialist and fellow in orthopaedic manual physical therapy. Outside of touching lives at 360-Physical Therapy, Jonathan loves more than anything, to spend time with his lovely wife, Erica, and precious daughter, Kaleila. Together, they enjoy attending church, reading books, playing table games, exercising or exploring the great outdoors.

Adria Biasi, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist

Adria was born and raised here in Clark County, and attended school in the La Center school district from kindergarten through high school. After high school she went to Eastern Washington for three years receiving her Bachelors in Exercise Science, then Southern California for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After all that time away she was ready to move home closer to family and friends. When Adria isn’t working she loves to stay active. She is an avid runner and likes to run anything from 5k’s to marathons. She has even ran the Boston Marathon!

Anita Charlson, PTA
Associate Physical Therapist

Anita is a graduate of Lake Area Technical Institute in South Dakota where she got her degree in Applied Science. After becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant she went on to study Strain Counter Strain. Anita was born and raised in Wyoming where her family still resides. When she’s not treating Anita loves to be outdoors. She loves to go hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends. When she’s not outdoors you can find her inside reading a good book, or in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe.

Kelly Steffy
Billing Liaison

Kelly is a graduate of local Skyview High School. She stayed close to home and received her B.S. in Biology from Washington State University Vancouver. While working as a Rehab Aide she is actively applying to multiple Physical Therapy programs. When she’s not working or going to school Kelly loves to be active. You can always find her out on a hike, going for a run, or jumping in the pool for a swim. When it’s time to relax she enjoys reading, painting, or hanging out with friends.

Anthony Vu
Rehab Aide

Anthony is a graduate of local Evergreen High School and Washington State University Vancouver with a B.S. in Biology and minor in Chemistry. Working at 360 Physical Therapy is a stepping stone toward his goal of being a physical therapist himself one day. His career goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of his patients through physical therapy. Anthony enjoys going hiking and playing sports. His lifelong goal is to travel the world.

Cody Eldridge
Rehab Aide

Cody started working with us the day after graduating from Washington State University in Pullman WA, with a bachelor degree in Science Kinesiology. He is actively applying to schools to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree so he can become a physical therapist himself. Like the rest of our staff, Cody loves to stay active. On the weekends you can find him hiking, doing watersports, going to the gym, or playing with his dogs Copper and Oakley.
