Dwight "Ike" Anunciado
Clinical Director/Owner
As the founder of 360 Physical Therapy, it has been Ike’s purpose
in life to provide healing care to those who have been injured and are
in pain. Ike’s dream of becoming a physical therapist first emerged
his freshman year in high school. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Anatomy & Physiology and a Master of Science degree in Physical
Therapy from Andrews University. Since graduating from physical therapy
school in 1992, Ike has worked consistently to expand his knowledge and
expertise. Ike's training includes advanced training in Strain Counter Strain manual therapy: SCS-Spine, SCS-Extremities, SCS-Cranials & Advanced Techniques, SCS-Facilitated SCS, SCS-Visceral & Lymphatics, SCS-Arterials, SCS-Lymphatics & Venous System. He has had extensive training in electrotherapeutic modalities
such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and shortwave diathermy. His
experience with tissue healing has made him an expert at establishing
effective pain flare-up plans based on the stages of tissue healing. Ike
enjoys running in all forms (track, trail, and road). Other interests
include paintball, cross fit, volleyball, tennis, hiking, backpacking
and camping.

Jeremy Dunham
Operations Manager
Jeremy is our Operations Manager. As Operations Manager Jeremy handles
all the day to day operations and works to make our clinic and staff
more efficient. Graduate of the local Skyview High School Jeremy went
to Tacoma Community College on a baseball scholarship. Unfortunately
a torn rotator cuff cut his dream short, bringing him back home, and
into 360 Physical Therapy for treatment. After treatment Jeremy began
working here at 360 and quickly grew into his role. In his spare time
you can find Jeremy staying active with all the great northwest has
to offer. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing, working out at the gym, playing
basketball, and hiking.

Lisa Shaffer
Billing Office Manager
Lisa is our Billing Office Manager. She brings 20+ years of billing
experience to 360 Physical Therapy. Lisa graduated from Reynolds High
School and attended Concord Career Institute to learn Medical Office
Management. She is a proud mother to daughter Brooklyne, son Brandon,
and grandmother to Brooklyne’s Daughter Addison. Brandon is currently
serving for the US Navy in San Diego. He is recently married and expecting
his first daughter in April 2013. Lisa enjoys spending time with her
family and friends, dancing, and working out. She loves when the weather
is nice so she can get outside to hike, barbeque, and go camping.

Krista Ernsdorf, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist
Krista is a graduate of Loma Linda University, where she received her
Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She brings many extra skills including
NAIOMT level 2 certified, Strain Counter Strain Spine, Extremities,
and lymphatic systems, TMD, Shoulder Girdle Course, and Chi Running/Walking.
She also has all the tools and knowledge to do a proper bike fit her
at 360 Physical Therapy. Krista got married in September 2012, and spent
her honeymoon in New Zealand for 3 weeks, with husband Ben. Weekends
and spare time you can find Krista playing with her two dogs, on the
mountain snowboarding or snowshoeing, and enjoys getting out on the
water to wakeboard in the summer.

Christina Kujat, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist
Christina received her bachelor’s degree in Life Science from
the University of Portland and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from
Pacific University. Women's health certification through Herman and Wallace Institute Level 1 and Level 2. She is also an NAIOMT Level 2 certified manual therapist,
Chi Running/Walking, Kinesio Taping, and always pursuing more levels
of Strain Counter Strain continuing education. Christina enjoys spending
time with her boyfriend, sister, nieces, and nephew that all live local,
with the occasional visit from her parents that still live in Billings
Montana. In her spare time Christina loves being active playing basketball,
volleyball, running, cross fit, yoga, hiking, and snowboarding.

Judy Thompson, PT
Associate Physical Therapist
Judy graduated from Loma Linda University with a Bachelor of Science
Physical Therapy degree. She began training for Strain Counter Strain
manual therapy in 1998 completing the spine, extremities, cranials,
and the venous/lymphatic’s courses. Judy has a strong background
in outpatient orthopedic, inpatient acute, and home health care. In
her spare time Judy loves spending time with her husband, children,
friends, and helping with the church youth program. If Judy is not travelling
or staying active with her family, you can find her at home where she
enjoys reading, trying new recipes, and decorating

Jenn Pike
Rehab Aide/Pilates Instructor
Jenn is our Rehab Aide and Pilates Instructor. She graduated from Seattle
Pacific University with her bachelor’s degree in Applied Human
Biology, and recently became a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor. We
are very excited for her as she will be leaving in July 2013 to the
prestigious Duke University to attain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Jenn is currently living at home while preparing her transition to grad
school. She is happy to be back in the same city as her two sisters,
ages 17 & 26, who are also two of her best friends. Jenn loves staying
fit and active with activities like hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding,
rock climbing, kayaking, healthy cooking, and travelling the world.
Jenn travelled to Egypt in 2009 and Spain in 2011.
